Boarding Training Protocol
The Whispering Oaks difference? All dogs must have updated shot records and be on a flea & tick program and be “on leash” when you arrive. We are A Georgia State Approved Facility and live on our 11 Acre Property in Beautiful Dahlonega, GA. and have been working with dogs for over 26 yrs. We take seriously the care of your dog like he was ours! Our facility is Georgia State Approved through the GA DEPT of Agriculture.
1. Dogs love it here because they have so many interesting things going on around them. Our Boarding Training Programs insure 100% individual attention and interaction.
2. They come out at 7AM and go up at about 10PM. They eat 2 times per day and when outside, they have a Certified Trainer Monitoring their play time.
3. Whispering Oaks Advantage: No need to fret! they’ll love it! Check our reviews +375 and 4.9 Stars
A. All 11 Acres are fenced and cross fenced. Each run is shaded under large oak trees. It is your responsibility to let us know if your dog is a fence jumper. Our (6) Trainers handle your dog or dogs and supervise your dog’s outside time.
B. We (our family) live on the property on 11 acres in a beautiful country home with mountains as a backdrop.
C. Socialization is a big plus with people, places, things, noises and other dogs.
– We do practice segregation by sex and temperament. Dogs eat in their own space – You bring their own food.
D. Dogs eat and sleep in a place that is inspected 4 times per year by the Georgia Dept. of Agriculture. Our Training Room is heated and airconditioned and sanitized two times per day every day. Feel free to visit us and see for yourself.
– They sleep in our working training room in our basement under the master bedroom.
E. This Boarding Training situation is a must for dogs that have separation issues, large breeds, and dogs that come back from other facilities as “barkers” and “pee-ers” in their crates! We Train Any Dog with Any Behavioral Issues.
